Soulful Design & Consulting LLC provides online Feng Shui and interior design consulting, digital resources, workshops and related content (the “Consultancy”). Detailed descriptions, pricing and deliverables are displayed on the relevant service or checkout page.

5. User Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current and complete information when requested;
Keep login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorised use;
Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
Refrain from (a) copying, scraping or reverse‑engineering the Site; (b) uploading viruses or malicious code; (c) infringing intellectual‑property rights; (d) submitting unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful or otherwise objectionable content.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Consumers in the European Union/EEA enjoy a 14‑day right of withdrawal for digital services under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, unless execution has begun with prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of the right of withdrawal. Instructions on how to exercise this right are provided in Annex I.
For services delivered outside the EU/EEA or after the 14‑day period, our standard refund policy applies: refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided no bespoke work has commenced. To request a cancellation, e‑mail support@fengshuideflorian.com quoting your order number.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, video, audio, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof—is owned by or licensed to Soulful Design & Consulting LLC and is protected by United States, European and international intellectual‑property laws. Except for the limited licence granted by normal browsing, no content may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited without our prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soulful Design & Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the use—or inability to use—the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is forbidden by law (e.g., liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Soulful Design & Consulting LLC, its officers, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
14. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease and Sections 8–13 will survive.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via e‑mail or prominent notice on the Site 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
