- Web analytics: Google LLC (USA) – Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs 2021/914)
Public authorities may receive data to comply with legal obligations.
5. International Transfers
International transfers to Google LLC (USA) are covered by SCCs approved by the European Commission. A copy is available upon request.
6. Storage Periods
- Contact requests: deleted after 12 months if no further interaction.
- Client records and invoices: 6 years (Spanish Commercial Code) or 10 years for tax purposes (Law 58/2003).
- Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
